The structure seems to be the conduits or lines of authority, the system set into place through which individuals can come together to fulfil the expectations of organisational structure.
The relationship between organisational cultures and about organisational structure is an important theme. The two can be difficult to clearly distinguish from one another and even more so to clearly define within an institution. Organisational structure works within an organisational culture, but it is not completely separate. The two are very much intertwined.
Organisational culture is more of a larger picture, a more general term that refers to a large umbrella of smaller topics and issues within an organisation. The structure refers to the infrastructure. That helps an organisational culture run with the efficiency and consistency which should be the hallmark of any healthy organisational structure, whether it is in a corporation, sports team, or any other set up that is large enough to create its own organisational culture.
This makes the structure an integral part of any organisational culture, but also narrows out a specific segment of the culture as its own responsibility. Organisational structure will deal primarily with these set up of the culture. How management works, which specific responsibilities supervisor have, how a complaint is passed through the rank. These are all issues within the organisational structure works. The structure is not limited to those three examples, but it would certainly include all of them.
The most important aspect of the relationship is to make sure that each individual understands the full extent of responsibilities and work expected out of them.

Culture and structure is working like a backbone in the organisation. It creates a new concepts and strategies which can affect any level of planning when it applies on any hierarchy organisation. So, then implications of organisational culture and structure will be implemented to the government companies, etc.
Organisational structure and culture can affect progress of organisation in the positive and in the negative way. In the positive way it differentiate the organisation to the another one which don’t have a culture and structure. It explains the limitation of the firm; it provides a sense of license among the employees to know each other for the success and achievement of goals. It can bring stability and social system in the organisation. In any organisation having culture and structure strange there will be working environment also provides appropriate standards of working environment.
