For doing a similar like the one like Milgram did there many different tactics you can use to enforce obedience behavior instead of pain like; you could use fear especially someone has an extreme phobic of something or fear something could happen if they don’t do their job. The power of fear conqueror many things especially if someone doesn’t have a strong will power to conqueror there fear or it doesn’t has to do with you could have fear through the power of having love for something the will enforce fear.
Since you enforce the fear in the person even if you have subject doing the job you told him to do, one of a few things could happen they will question you about what they’re doing is wrong or even unmoral hearing you tell them to keep doing that may be humiliating them hearing you the authority figure saying to ...view middle of the document...
This will come to the study way the Nazis’ did the things they did to the Jews during the Holocaust. Even if they didn’t want to do these things to the Jews by their peers around them doing the same thing there more willing to convince themselves that it’s okay and just a part of their job.
Now this comes to the experiment of what I plan to do I will show the first half of my Group 1 where 1 million dollars is at then then burry the money and tell them, “if they can keep their mouth shut then the money is theirs” while I will have my Group 2 do whatever they want to try to get them to tell them where the money is at but one rule they cannot harm anyone by inflecting pain, while encouraging them to use the power of fear may help them out. Also having certain Authority figures giving them orders at times that may be crossing the line. Before the experiment begin I will have hand pick members to be in the Group 1 by having surveys down picking people with high phobic fears and by having family pictures of the love ones. Then giving a report of each member in Group 1 to the Group 2 members that will help use different methods to try to the information they need.
The purpose of the experiment is to create a similar type of experiment to the Milgram experiment, by observing human behavior seeing how far people are willing to go by even if they believe it could be unmoral. Will members in Group 2 are will to follow orders of obedience to their authority figures even if it means crossing the line. Testing the power of will verses the power of fear in people, is money really a root of evil how much are they willing to go to the chance to earn the money. Many people say money now days will corrupt majority of the people. How much will people really be willing to give up for money? Is chance winning large amount of money will make people fight their fears? Can people really count on human nature?
