Acceptable Use Policy Definition
To protect the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility along with the safety of our clientele and employees it is necessary that a precise set of standards must be defined for anyone who utilizes the electronic devices to access information via the internet. Richman Investments is committed to protecting employees, partners and the company from illegal or destructive actions whether knowingly or unknowingly.

5.1 Use of electronic media and internet service to conduct business to specifically pertains to daily interest in business of the company.
5.2 Daily use of electronic mail including company electronic mail accounts to
access and communicate with correspondence as it pertains to company business
5.3 Network property is monitored for security and maintenance purposes
5.4 Richman Investments reserves the right to audit company property at any time without notice
5.5 All employees are expected to exercise good judgement and report any misconduct being performed on company property.
5.6 All external (personal) electronic devices must be approved for usage on company’s network. External electronic devices include but are not limited to tablets, laptops, smart-phones and/or gaming systems.
5.7 Each employee is expected to follow policy for securing their personal workspace, such as their electronic devices, where confidential information is stored.
5.8 Guidelines for passwords are to be followed
5.9 Use of electronic media and internet service to conduct personal business that may or may not result in personal gain.
