Problem solving: You need to display ability to solving problems and resolving issues. It's also good to show that you can approach problems from different a perceptive.
Leadership: You may not be a leader straight away, but graduates need to show potential to motivate other. It's about assigning tasks well, setting deadlines and leading by good example.
Personal qualities are essential and are personal characteristics of an individual. They are what make up one's personality. They help a person get along in a new situation. Here at McDonalds we take this into consideration. Does the person need to be creative, or resilient, or be able to follow and routine, or be ‘good with people most certainly they do.
