At the end I must agree to the fact that NVC exercise was much matured approach than the previous ones. Since we have been through all the aspects of management theories from finance, marketing, operations, HRM etc. by now, we could apply them very well. We could develop a business model which is realistic and achievable.

After having discussions with entrepreneurs, couple important things which I noticed are their ability to take risk and grasping the correct opportunity at the right. In my opinion, we all professional are hardworking same any other entrepreneur, but we always scare to a take risk. Especially in Asian environment where failure in business is considered as only individual failure, in Asia we are always reluctant to take risk.
