Spreading the Islamic principals
The dreams of Gamal Abdel Nasser went beyond making the Egyptians aware about their religion. Gamal Abdel Nasser established the Organization of the Islamic Conference, which brought together all the Islamic peoples. (Esmat Slim, 2010) Moreover, Gamal Abdel Nasser was the first Arabian leader, who aimed to translate the Holy Quran into all the languages of the world, record the Holy Quran on tapes and CDs, and distribute millions of copies in all the parts of the world. (Esmat Slim, 2010) The Islamic Missions City allows students to come from about seventy countries for the Islamic learning in Azhar and to live in Egypt freely. (Esmat Slim, 2010)
Refinement of the Egyptian community
Moreover, Gamal Abdel Nasser was focusing huge attention upon the re-structuring of the Egyptian society, which drove him to take many actions that had been opposed by many citizens, but had been supported by more. (Mobile-Reference, 2010) One of the major decisions that had been taken by Gamal Abdel Nasser was the decision to close all of the lottery and gambling casinos, as well as, the declarations for the closing of Masonic lodges and Rotary Clubs and forums Baha'i. (Barbara Larkin, 2000) In addition, Gamal Abdel Nasser canceled work permissions that had been granted to women, who work in prostitution, which was codified in the monarchy.
