A. Diplomske akademske studije - master
1. Naziv i zadaci
Naziv: Diplomske studije – master iz Menadžmenta u sportu Osnovno usmerenje: Menadžment u sportu. Studije su interdisciplinarnog i mentorskog tipa, što znači da se svakom studentu određuje mentor prema njegovim opredeljenju za oblast specijalizacije - usavršavanja. Studentima je ponuđeno više izbornih predmeta, od kojih oni odabiraju predmete čiji sadržaj odgovara poslu kojim će se profesionalno baviti, kao i predmete koji obezbeđuju opšte znanje iz odgovarajuće oblasti, odnosno širi pogled na oblast profesionalnog usmerenja. Ciljna grupa: diplomirani na fakultetima i akademijama za sport, ekonomisti, sociolozi, pedagozi, koji su završili osnovne studije (4 godine), kao i lica koja su diplomirala na drugim fakultetima a čije prethodno obrazovanje omogućuje nesmetano praćenje nastave (o tome se izjašnjava organizator studija). Međunarodni aspekt: Bolonjska deklaracija. Program: ♦ OBAVEZNA EDUKACIJA: menadžerska ekonomija, sociologija sporta, menadžment sportskih objekata i događaja, marketing u sportu, menadžment finansija, psihologija i komunikacija u sportu, metodologija istraživanja u oblasti menadžmenta. ♦ SPECIJALISTČKI DEO: izbor predmeta u dogovoru sa mentorom, koji će biti u skladu sa potrebama oblasti kojom će se kasnije student baviti. ♦ Polaganjem odabranih predmeta student mora da sakupi najmanje 60 ECTS bodova. Ciljevi programa: cilj ovih studija je osposobljavanje studenata da analiziraju i proučavaju suštinu i značaj menadžmenta u procesu sportskog delovanja. Takođe, jedan od ciljeva programa je da studenti razumeju osnovne zadatke, faze i karakteristike sportskog menadžmenta, da se upoznaju sa socio kulturnim i ekonomskim dimenzijama sportskog menadžmenta, da steknu saznanja o funkcionisanju sportskih organizacija i da shvate funkciju sportskog menadžera kao vizionara, stratega i kreatora sportske politike. Ishodi programa: Od studenta se očekuje da nakon završenih studija pokaže sveobuhvatno, specijalizovano i detaljno znanje i razumevanje suštine i značaja menadžmenta u sportu. Studenti će biti obučeni za samostalno kritičko sagledavanje
