Indicate how you would use their employee evaluations to motivate each of the three employees. STEP 2: PAPER ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIES: Below write a 500 to 700 word analysis about your Motivation Action Plan. Using your worksheet information above, address these employees collectively, considering how they will work together as well as fit into the organization, as well as individually. How will you leverage employee evaluations to motivate each of the three employees? Describe how the strategy selected connects to one or more of the motivational theories described in the text. Make connections with other theories as well. Use proper in-text citations within the paragraph and reference list citations in the bibliography (which follows) Recall that this is a hypothetical scenario and you are a manager at Riordan. As such, composition should reflect third-person objective view. Proper in-text (in paragraph) citations including page # and full citation in the bibliography of the following page is 10% of your grade on this assignment.

The three employee’s Teal, Joan, and Kelly all work for Riordan and are successful leaders. However, each one of them are different and have different beliefs that need to be determined when trying to understand how to get them motivated. It is important to treat each of them differently and to make sure that they are motivated to do the job in which they are assigned to do.
Teal, being the quality compliance auditor, will help to determine that the goals of the company are attained and that the employees are doing the jobs that need to be rewarded with raises and/or promotions. Using the equity theory with Teal will help her to understand the organizational justice for Riordan. Because of the referent comparison of “Self-Inside” meaning “an employee’s experiences in a different position inside the employee’s current organization”...
