Ethical and Moral Issues in Business
In business today ethical and moral issues are very common. These types of issues are frowned upon and in some cases have extreme consequences but, they are still happening in businesses everywhere. Morals and moral issues can be difficult. Everyone has different morals and values that influence the decisions they make. Ethics are a set of rules and guidelines that are generally accepted and are supposed to be followed by everyone in an organization.

This also applies to the prosecution for the case. The prosecuting attorney might have to leave things out of the case such as previous offenses so that the jury or judge focuses on the case at hand. For example: if the defendant has had previous issues with the law or behavior that is questionable the attorney will need to leave that information out so that they judge or jury does not look at it when making their decision. This could be considered immoral to certain people because it is lying by omission. In this case it is what they are required to do for their job and is ethical.
There are many situations where morals and ethics clash. An example of a situation where morals and ethics go against each other would be when a person works for a company that requires a large amount of time for business out side of work. If there is an unreasonable demand for the time the employee needs to focus on work it can cause issues with a spouse or partner, family, and children. These are considered moral issues by many people. This situation puts the person in a difficult situation. They have to choose between ethical obligations to their employer and moral obligations to their family....
