Through her love for catering and dissatisfaction in shopping, Kathy developed an upscale food market offering a wide variety of the most refreshing ingredients and handpicked products at affordable costs with effective and knowledgeable staff.
Kathy became a success by mixing convenience and affordability. She plans to expand the organization by including a catering service in addition to the in-store affairs currently available. The organization needs a structured plan to determine the effectiveness of their decision, but they have established and implemented strategic objectives.
Consumers have become increasingly concerned with the condition of their health, involving the foods they purchase and consume. As individuals become attentive of food substitutes such as organic alternatives, they begin altering their current eating habits affecting their purchasing habits. As this transformation take place, marketplaces such as Kudler should make these options available as well as educate their shoppers. As organic products continue to increase popularity, the sales potential will continue multiplying, being in stride with this development is vital to establishing a loyal consumer foundation.
A significant part of maintaining the top ranking is being aware of the competition factor. Kudler has to not only established their individual targets and business objectives, but they have to know what is transpiring in the market place and find out whom their competition is and what they are doing. Kudler presently offer consumers educational experiences to build interest in merchandise and use as a great marketing device for the stores. The current program partnered with a frequent shopper program would be advantageous for both the consumer and Kudler.
The in-store activities within Kudler offer an atmosphere for more than just sales prospects, but also a place for research and responses from the consumer Research has shown customer loyalty has a profound effect on production outcomes. Consumer satisfaction is only the first stage in constant business success the next stage is gaining loyalty. The results from consumer loyalty are repurchases on a recurring basis and suggestions by existing consumers to prospective consumers.
Utilizing their present inventory method, Kudler should determine trendy food merchandise and recipes for their catering services by tracking the merchandise used for their on-site occasions and their top assets. A record of attendees from the on-site occasion would be a great starting point for surveying and determining potential interest for advancing in the new business endeavor.
