Task 1 – Job description and application process–
Describe the recruitment documentation for a specific job role. Start by
identifying a particular job role and obtaining application forms and job description then draw up a list of the requirements for the post and describe the attributes you already possess or expect to possess by the end of the course.(P1, P2)
You should assess the importance of employability and personal skills to SCL when they are recruiting new staff and attempting to retain existing staff. . You could select skills that are most appropriate to the needs of the organization (M2)
Provide additional knowledge and understanding about accounting ratios. Make judgments about the sufficiency of ratios as a measure of how well SCL is performing. (D2)
