I have been in the United States Navy for 19 years, being that I am an ESTJ type fits how I manage over 260 Sailors daily. Everything that I do on a daily basis consists of organization that I must pass down to the leadership below me to make sure that at the beginning and the end of a work day these young men and woman produce solid work to launch and recover aircraft safely on decks of Aircraft Carriers.

I have had several Sailors that have worked for me and they were good workers but the individual would lose track of the job at hand when another tasking came down the line leaving the maintenance or whatever job he or she was tasked to do incomplete leaving it up for someone else to finish the job creating more work for somebody else.
Another uncomfortable issue would be that we are both energetic and want to get the job done, but ENFP personality differs from a ESTJ in the fact that they lack the enthusiasm to get small jobs done, that would be due to them not perceiving them as important, as a big job that has everyone’s attention. This is definitely an issue with me and my line of work since everything we do no matter how big or small the job is we are all working on the same end product to keep equipment up and running.
