Organization must take the advantage of internal methods of recruitment and it must use the power of external methods of recruitment in order to welcome new talents as well as to advance the internal environment within the organization. However, it is always hard to compare both internal and external methods. The organization must promote the vacancies of job internally as this utilizes the competencies and skills available in-house.
