Bəzi qadınlar kobud,digərləri küsəyən,digər bir qismi isə fikri dağınıq və diqqətsiz olur.İnsan bu cür psixi pozğunluğun qarşısını ilkin menstruasiyalar başlayan zamandan nəzarət edərək ala bilər.
Mövcud vəziyyətdə qızlarda özlərinə güvən olmur,səbəbsiz yerə onlarda göz yaşının əmələ gəlməsi,kobudluq müşahidə olunur ki,bunun da valideynlər tərəfindən anlayışlı qarşılanması vacib faktorlardandır.Əgər qızlarda sinir sistemində yüksək oyanıcıllıq olursa, bu zaman həkimə müraciət edib sakitləşdirici preparatlardan istifadə etmək lazımdır.
Menstruasiya dövründə qida rasionunun da təsiri az deyil.Diskomfortu aradan qaldırmaq üçün acı yeməkləri,kofeni,tünd çayı,şokoladı,piyli əti və qızardılmış yeməkləri qida rasionundan çıxarmaq lazımdır.Süddən və südlü yeməklərdən və çay əvəzinə çobanyastığı,itburnu dəmləməsindən istifadə edərək diskomfortun qarşısını müəyyən qədər almaq olar.
