Marketing research is essential in the marketing strategy and operation of Kudler's business. Setting competitive price on products allows Kudler to an advantage in the business. An edge in the business competition is having specialty items and that is a key component in the marketing strategy. In addition, Kudler needs to study what is the newest trend in the market. Identify where market research is needed
Kudler will have to increase advertising. To increase advertising, the organization's budget is affected, it has to increase. Positive effect of advertisement increases the store traffic, leading to an increase of consumed products and increased sales. Kudler needs to promote value-added service, customer satisfaction. Even if Kudler is offering cooking lessons for the customers, they should also target the low-income group to help in their lifestyle changes. Example is how to prepare a 30-minute meal, that can be offered on a weekly basis and any customer can join in.
