Maquilados de Elastómeros, S. A. de C. V., es uno de los mas grandes mezcladores compuestos de hule natural y sintético en la República Mexicana, sirviendo a diferentes sectores que producen artículos de hule.

Hacemos ingeniería y diseño de compuestos de hules, nitrilos, butilos y elastómeros para cualquier aplicación. Nuestra permanencia en el mercado desde 1983 y la certificación en el sistema de gestión de la calidad ISO/TS 16949, respalda nuestro prestigio en el Mercado Nacional.

ISO/TS 16949
Certificación otorgada por el despacho certificador TÜV Rheinland en Julio de 2001, abarcando los Sistemas de Calidad relativos a la administración de la empresa, sus productos y procesos.

ISO 14001
Obtenido en Marzo de 2002, La norma internacional ISO 14001 especifica los requerimientos de un Sistema de Administración Ambiental (SAA) y su aplicación en la industria automotriz. Industrias Automotrices R.C. reforzando su amplio compromiso con la ecología y en congruencia con sus clientes, respeta y cumple los principios establecidos en su política ambiental para prevenir y evitar la contaminación.

TECNOLOGÍA

En Maquilados Elastomeros S. A de C. V. desarrollamos nuestra propia tecnología, por lo que contamos con laboratorios equipados con sistemas altamente avanzados para evaluar nuestras materias primas y realizar las pruebas suficientes que aseguren la calidad de nuestros productos; realizando nuestros procesos productivos con maquinaria de punta bajo condiciones controladas y en estricto apego a los procedimientos establecidos, operada por personal altamente calificado. Cabe mencionar que todos nuestros equipos en laboratorios cuentan con certificados de calibración contra estándares internacionales que nos permiten garantizar los resultados obtenidos.

AMEF (Análisis de Modo de Efecto y Falla)
Es la base para nuestro Plan de Control Maestro y nos permite asegurar los parámetros del proceso mediante hojas de instrucción y vigilar su desempeño mediante gráficas de control.

EDI (Intercambio Electrónico de Datos)
Nuestro sistema de comunicación electrónica nos permite enlazarnos con nuestros clientes para atender solicitudes de cotización, recepción de ordenes y requerimientos de producción, evaluación de rechazos (PPM) así como avisos de embarque (ASN).

HULE
Para el desarrollo de los compuestos de hule, se emplean molinos y máquinas preformadoras para los procesos de mezclado y preformado. Contamos con un laboratorio donde se evalúan los materiales y mezclas con equipo asistido por computadora como reómetro y tensilómetro para la realización de pruebas mecánicas de tensión y elongación.

EMBARQUE
Nuestra logística de distribución y embarque está basada en entregas justo a tiempo (JIT), por lo que nuestra logística de manejo de materiales, desde el recibo de la materia prima hasta el embarque de producto terminado, es controlada mediante la identificación por código de barras. Nuestro embarque se realiza en contenedores retornables y nos asistimos de sistemas de pesaje electrónicos para asegurar la precisión en la cantidad de piezas embarcadas.
