For example, System Engineers developed the program and assisted sales manager. This student was Customer Service Rep, QuickBooks sales / Advisor and Administrative Assistant. Sales managers performed desktop PC troubleshooting when Network Engineers were not available. This was confusing not only for the customers but also employees themselves.Therefore, restructuring the organization was the first priority of this new CEO. This organization now consists of System Engineering, Network Engineering, Sales and Accounting / Administration.Once the organizational structure is set up, his next plan is to hire more engineers in order for this organization to serve the customers better.He also decided to provide the Microsoft training programs to employees to keep their motivation high.
