The interchange of products and thoughts leads to tension between different countries. The contradict between global and local, democracy and control, Economic Sovereignty and global governance, protectionism and free trade made business corporations upset. Since the influence of globalisation is not measured precisely, many countries around the world resist globalisation firmly. Even though in market economy countries like the usa, protectionism is popular more and more.
 Whereas the globalization of business is centered around the diminution of international trade regulations as well as tariffs, taxes, and other impediments that suppresses global trade, economic globalization is the process of increasing economic integration between countries, leading to the emergence of a global marketplace or a single world market. Depending on the paradigm, economic globalization can be viewed as either a positive or a negative phenomenon.

Current globalization trends can be largely accounted for by developed economies integrating with less developed economies, by means of foreign direct investment, the reduction of trade barriers as well as other economic reforms and, in many cases, immigration.
When firms come up with new global economy, managers have to face new goepolitics of power of hosting countries. What’s more, developing countries and developed countries have different economic conditions, so managers cannot copy the strategies from home countries to hosting countries. And the most difficulty maybe the new ethical standard brought by religion. Thoughts of Management development of these firms should be considered again.
