As an employee, I am contracted by my employer to work for some of the largest Fortune 500 technical companies in the world. We must always think of our clients as what is best for them and if the sale produced is one they want to pursue. I must always think outside of the box to handle and achieve all goals of our clients. Prior to working with a client, I must go through extensive training on their products, solutions, and services. Each client is different as to what they want and desire from my services. Ultimately, the end result is the same – they want leads and sales that each individual company can pursue

Critical thinking in the decision making process can reap in handsome profit for the company while a poor decision can do the exact opposite. Decisions can make or break an organization. According to Stellar Force, There are five steps to critical thinking in the defcision making process. The first step is to identify the problem, the recognition that one even exists.
