England is our choice of country for the project. Moving the NFL to England would be able to help the popularity of the sport, as well it will be able to bring both countries, USA and England a lot closer together. With the introduction of a NFL league in England there would be many benefits to the country and the sport. England is located in Great Britain. It is boarded by Scotland and Wales. England’s capital is London, which also the biggest city in England. London will also be important because it will host a football league for the league in England.

The NFL has had football games in England since 2007. Since they have started this new tradition there has been a lot of success for the games. Out of the past eleven games there has been nine games that have sold out. This statistic shows that there is a lot of interest in the sport and the way the league does business. The English have always been very interested in American football. They have taken the American culture of tailgating and becoming very excited for the games that are played in England.
England’s GDP is $2.387 trillion, which is a stable economy. England’s economy is stable, but it is also an economy that is growing. With the economy growing it is stable enough to start a new football league, which can also make the economy a lot stronger. Another reason that England would be perfect for the new league is because England’s economy is the third largest in Europe. England’s unemployment is 6% which is not bad at all. But, with this new league there be new jobs that are created that will be able to help the economy and unemployment.
England’s economy and culture is perfect for the league. But, in order to get the English people involved our group decided to have LeBron James as an American ambassador for the football league. Even though he does not play football, he is involved in England. He owns Liverpool FC. Liverpool FC is a very popular soccer team in England and in Europe. So with his involvement in the soccer team, we will have him talk to the English community about the positives of the sport. LeBron James does know about football. He was an very good football player in high school, he even had football scholarships but decided to go into the NBA after high school.
Assumptions are very important to this new league in England. We want to make sure that the league is successful and is there to stay in England. There were many football leagues that were in Europe but were not very successful and had to cancel their own leagues. There is a need and want to have a football league in England. With the NFL having games in England already there has been many demands from English people to have their own league. They have been very interested in the games.
When the NFL first had games in England they were worried about whether they were going to get enough people to come to the games. The NFL has done an amazing job keeping the new fans. Yes there will be competition with soccer because the games would be on the same day, Sunday. But, with three million serious fans watching the NFL every week in and out we know the league will be a success. The new league will be able to keep the fans watching every week. The league would be able to show English people that American football is a fun experience and will be fun for all ages.
The league will be able to create enough profit to be successful in the economy that England has. With the NFL selling out nine out of the eleven times there will be a profit to be made. To be...
