To put in a nutshell, the management skills and the ability of someone make him or her to be a good manager. The four fundamental managerial skills matter most which is conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills and political skills. Effective managerial skills make a good manager. Apple is a company that enormously successful, and it just keeps on winning. It is a company with a corporate culture that is mainly focused on engineer, emphasizes minimal bureaucracy and likes taking care of its people.

Agarwal said that his manager was an engineer who works for ten years at Apple before he was a manager which made Agarwal want to work harder to impress him. Most of the project teams are really small at Apple so that the people can communicate, motivate, mentor and delegate well as the team not big with just around 5-6 people a team. As we know, if a team is too large there will be many conflict from the aspects of different opinions. Apple doesn’t make the groups large and develop the respect among them. The employees of Apple is a big family that everyone know others as well, they are not like some company which works separate and do not share their knowledges.Thus, the employees can work well in cooperation with other to get things done. The culture of respect and the close relation is a key piece of the puzzle to Apple's success.
