My lifetime fitness goal is to get some form of exercise everyday.
Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday
Basketball Weightlifting Basketball Weightlifting Basketball Run a Mile Basketball
The reason I choose these activities because it would both keep in shape and I enjoy doing them. Weightlifting would be upper body on Monday and lower body on Wednesday. So I don’t do the same muscles over and over. Upper body would include benching, dumbbell curls and one arm dumbbell rows (both arms). Lower body would include squats, leg extension and leg curls.

The effect that running a mile would have on my body systems is it would improve by stamina and my cardiovascular system.
The way the exercises affect the components of the health is by improving my cardiovascular fitness on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The reason why is because all these involve running which involves the cardiovascular system. It also improves my muscular strength and endurance because every exercise helps these. Weightlifting improves both because your lifting weights which help your strength and you’re doing reps which help your endurance. Running also helps this because it improves your muscles endurance like during basketball. Doing all these exercise would improve my body composition because I would lose weight because my body percent fat to go down. Flexibility would improve before the exercise during my warm up (which I have gotten to yet). Because I would stretch each muscle before playing or weight lifting.
