3. Problem Statement
The company is under threat because the changing rapidly in market industry.
4. The Assumptions Made
Management is managing under the assumptions of stable, predicable environment.
5. Generation of Alternatives
We are proposed 3 alternatives to take, to overcome these management issues in the organization;
i. The company required new business model and clear vision, which can adapt rapid changes in the environment. Example: core capabilities, partner network, customer relationship.
ii. Bring in new blood into organization to strengthen the management.
iii. Develop personal relationships to motivate and energize others.
6. Evaluation of Alternatives

i. Business Model and Vision
By develop a clear vision; management should align employees to carry out the vision for company.
Vision will become a guideline for employees to move towards which direction.
Changing on structure and technology
a. Lack of focus - the organization required long term focus.

ii. Develop Leadership skills.
Use power to influences the thoughts and action of others.
