Law Opinion Paper
The United States has a democratic government which is governed by laws that are introduced by public officials. The United States has a legal system that has three branches to have a division between federal and state law. The three branches of government are legislative, executive, and judiciary which all play a role in the legal system and the creation of laws. The United States Constitution it was made to help in being able to protect the people and their rights. It was the United States that was able to start creating laws in which the people live in society and their lives. With that people are beginning to see that the laws are starting to become more defined in how laws are being made and how the people go about, understanding that a new law or laws that are passed, it also helps in being able to give order to the people or the society. In the ancient times laws were starting to be faded and they were also trying to involve that they also favor the rights that each person may have. Our government has started to make laws that are beginning to be obsolete, but you see as times start to go by you can start to see that more laws are being repealed and it also helps in being able to favor the rights of civilians. Well you see before a law can have the ability to be enacted it must also be able to go through the process, well you see the first step is to be able to establish the law which will be able to be created by the Legislation Branch of that of the Government and then it will be able to be enacted, and you will see that the will of that law has now become enacted it will then be enforced and then they will go to the Executive Branch in that they control that of the law enforcement agencies. Finally you than have the Judicial Branch and they act on and put the laws in and apply them and then they make sure that the laws will then be compatible with that of the United States Constitution and then the legal documentation to use prior to making court decisions, before a law will be able to be
Opinion of laws
There are many different types of laws that are made by our government every year, but the question really comes into mind, are the fact that some of the laws that are made, are they really worth going through the government to make. Take for example, Homosexuality or gay marriage, in the USA, there are some states that allow this to occur, but there are also states that do not allow this to happen at all. I feel this should not be a law anywhere. I feel that if the power of love shows itself to any couple, weather you are gay or not, there should not be anything to stop you from being happy with your significant other. (Ratzinger, J. C., & Amato, A. 2012). Another example would be laws that are made to discriminate against women. Gender equality is essential for the achievement of human rights for all. Yet discriminatory laws against women persist in every corner of the globe and new discriminatory laws are enacted.
