If the customer feels like his or her suggestions have made an impact on any changes in the company he or she knows that company cares and he or she will be loyal customers. The older customers also can be beneficial to the company. The older customers will tell any complaints or excellent experiences he or she may have had that will help rectify any issues. A decrease in a risky launch or handling of a new product will be the result if this research. The company can make adjustments to the new products marketing plan. A business can set a benchmark or standard and assess its performance against it by market research. The benchmark will serve as standard.
