Given the information available through the Virtual Organization link, this paper serves to identify areas where this virtual organization could benefit from further market research, as well as reviewing the development of the organizations marketing strategy and tactics. Kudler Fine Foods is an organization which aims to provide specialty foods in the San Diego Metropolitan area. The organization provides a selection of Bakery, Produce, Meat and Seafood, Condiments, Cheese and also Wines. These items are collective of both the best domestic as well as imported products (Apollo Group, 2011).

With other organizations offering similar products online, it does remove some of the perishability which may have previously caused this concept to be overlooked. Perishability is the concept that services cannot be stored for later sale or use (Armstrong & Kotler, 2011). By utilizing online sales, the customer would grow while the additional overhead cost would be minimally affected. The organization already has an online presence and website announcing their product, they would only have to access a secure payment program which could be easily integrated with the program which is already in the stores and used to purchase the stock which they sell. Additionally by referencing what similar organizations are offering Kudler could find a way to separate themselves from the other organizations by creating a signature, as simple as the packaging such as Amazon has done for themselves.
It would be ideal for the company to create a program which would still allow for variability such as in store instructional demonstrations of recipes which feature products that are carried in the store. A move like this would create a feeling of inclusion by all of the locations customers, but would also allow for specific product highlighting. Researching recipes which would highlight the products which are sold here would be a great way for the company to increase its sales with minimal effort. The organization could offer the demonstrations in store on scheduled dates which could easily cross with dates where they are highlighting complimenting wines which they could promote.
