Kudler Fine Foods is in the process of upgrading to newer accounting software. This will help the company stay efficient and also help them manage multiple stores around the country. The software that is chosen must be user friendly and updated easily. The software must have different modules that can adapt to the different departments through out the company. Choosing the right accounting software, will allow the employees to submit their own time cards. This will make it easier on managers to track the payroll. This will result in fewer mistakes and a money savings in the long run.

The current requirements call for an upgrade in servers. The servers will handle the software that will communicate with a main server at the main location. All the computers used by the managers and the inventory control specialist will also need to be upgraded both hardware and software. These computers will host the wireless scanners. The best solution for the inventory system would be a wireless system. All stores would require new Cisco Aps that would communicate directly with the central system. The final piece of hardware that would need to be upgraded is the switches. It is vital that communication with the central system is fast and accurate. In order to complete a project of this magnitude, we would have to put a rollout team together. All work would have to be performed after hours, so that business would continue as usual.
