This essay will outline major developments in international business management in last 20/30 years, i.e changes due to technology, increased globalization and changes in marketing planning. It will also look at expected future changes, i.e.in import and export and doing business reducing wastage and more productive.


First, technology has been developed that has made information preparation and dissemination inexpensive. This technology has taken the form of low-cost, high –speed digital and cable video and data transmission, hardware that produces information quickly and easily, and the development of software that makes prepration, data and communication tools available to individuals who previously did not have access to needed information. With these technology developments, time, space, and other temporal constarints to information have been reduced. Advances in Technology have allowed for the safe storage of a huge amount of data, has eased communication with clients, the workforce and other stakeholders. Alberti and Katie (2013) states that stay in front of innovative bend hold onto new advances as intends to enhance the organization's main concern both monetarily and socially basically organizations utilizing engineering put the right information in the right hands at the correct time on the right gadget for the right assignment. Moreover, incorporating more social networking and results help to enhance correspondence and cooperation, utilizing to advanced advances hope to be joined with everybody and everything, at whatever time, anyplace.

While these progressions have fundamentally affected all that we do, including the way we live, they have had emotional effects on business. They have wiped out the old model that accepted data is lavish. Today anybody, equipped with the right programming, might be a "bookkeeper" and produce monetary data.
