Шударга ёс гэж яг юу юм бэ? Би мэдэхгүй байна. Мэдэх гэж ч хичээмээргүй байна. Хулгай, дээрэм, авилга, хээл хахууль гэх мэт энэ бүхий л “шударга бус” асуудал өөр нэг “шударга бус” асуудлаас эхтэй гэж би боддог. “Овоо босгоогүй бол шаазгай юунд суух вэ?” гэдэг шиг шударга бус “газар” шударга бус “цагт” шударга бус “сэтгэлгээ” шударга бус “тохиолдлоор” шударга бус зүйлүүдийг бий болгосоор байна уу? Бяцхан эссэг минь уншиж буй та өөрөө шударга хүн мөн үү? Би л лав шударга хүн биш! Шударга байхыг хүсээд ч хичээгээд ч өөр нэгэн шударга бус хүчирхийлэлд автан өөрийн мэдэлгүй хэзээ ч юм шударга бус үйлдлийг хийчихсэн байдаг.
Хөнгөхөн зүйлээс эхэлье. Өнөөдөр би гадуур явж байхдаа гудамжны хүүхэд юм хулгайлж байхыг харлаа. Гэхдээ би хэлээгүй. Яагаад гэвэл би шударга байхыг хүсээгүй. Хулгай хийсэн гудамжны хүүгийн амьдрал шударга байгаагүй. Түүнийг гудамжинд зодож гаргасан эцгийн үйлдэл шударга биш.

Би зургадугаар ангиасаа эхлэн ангийнхаа онц сурагчдын нэг болж эхэлсэн юм. Жил болгон улсын математикийн олимпиадад оролцдог байлаа. Орос, англи хэлэнд ч сайн гэж байнга магтагддаг. Гэр бүлийнхээ ганц “олимпийн” найдвар нь гэж хүмүүс хэлдэг юм. Ингэтлээ хичээж суралцдаг маань мэдээж зорилготой, тэр нь яав ч цэвэрлэгч биш. Гэрийнхэн маань цаашид суралцуулах төлбөрын чадваргүй учир надад ганц л боломж байгаа нь төрийн “зуун хувийн тэтгэлэг” -ээр гадаадад суралцах байлаа. Үүний төлөө өөрийн хичээл зүтгэлээс минь гадна сургуулийнхан маань ч дэмжиж гэрийнхэн маань ч төлбөртэй багш авч байлаа.
Миний бодлоор сургалтын чанарыг дүгнэх хэмжүүр нь “дүн” юм. Дүнгийн хязгаар “Зуун хувь” хүртэл. Харин би тэр тусгай шалгалтанд ганцаараа дээд хязгаар болох “Зуун хувийг” авсан юм. Гэвч бодит амьдрал “Зуун нэгэн хувь” авч болдог гэдэгийг харуулсан. Ингээд цуг шалгалт өгсөн хүүхэд маань “Харвард”-ын их сургуульд улсын тэтгэлэгээр явахаар болж харин би гэр бүлийнхээ боловсролын минь төлөө олон жил зарцуулсан мөнгийг төлөхийн тулд солонгос улсруу “цэвэрлэгч” болохоор явах болсон.
