In the U.S Market, J.P.Morgan has holding a separate position for them for over 160 years. It is the very oldest bank but they are upgrading themselves to strengthen their position in the today’s market. The J.P.Morgan Chase & Co. is currently operating six major business area of proficiency. Those areas’s are:
1. Asset Management.
2. Investment Bank.
3. Securities Services.
4. Commercial Bank.
5. Private Bank.
6. Treasury Services.

History of J.P.Morgan Chase & Co.:
J.P.Morgan Chase & Co. is one of the largest, oldest and well-known financial firms in the world. The J.P.Morgan legacy was started from the year of 1799 and it was initially started at the place of New York City. This firm is build on the basis of more than 1200 ancestor institutions. The major process of the J.P.Morgan, chase Manhattan was doing the chemical manufacturers Hanover in the New York City and bank one, First Chicago and national Bank of Detroit in the Midwest were each strongly attached. In that the J.P.Morgan create the innovation in the field of finance and the growth of the United States and also in the global markets and the global economics. J.P.Morgan Chase & Co. is also made the significant contribution in the local communities in the today’s market.

Year 2010: J.P.Morgan Cazenove became the completely owned part of the J.P.Morgan. They became operated as a joint venture between J.P.Morgan and the U.K. Investment Bank Cazenove.
Year 2008: To strengthening the J.P.Morgan Chase & Co. capabilities across the international market they acquire the bear Stearns Company’s inc., and also they were including prime brokerage, case clearing and energy trading globally.
