Long lasting relationships are the foundation to longevity in our field.
In order to be able to reach the high standards and expectations we have set for ourselves we have to have team members that are all on the same page. In order to find the right fit for our company we have to be very selective in our hiring process. We not only look for the skill sets and training needed for each position we have to look deeper into the personality of the potential employee. It does not matter if the applicant is applying for a job on a stagehand crew, or in the office or in the recording studio or at the concessions at our venue they have to have the mindset of being customer oriented. People who work in the music industry do not have the greatest reputation when it comes to being customer oriented. This is something that we aim to change.
Training is very important for most of our positions because they are technical in nature. This is why we try to work with some of the audio engineering schools, like Full Sail University, in order to find the right fit for our crews, while providing opportunities for those who need to build their experience.
