With his enemies being leaders he was set to be executed. Prior to his execution, Jesus and his disciples had a “Last Supper” which was a communion served was bread and wine which in Catholic churches is known as the body of Christ. While at the Last Supper Jesus told his disciples that one of his disciples was going to betray him, he was going to be killed, and resurrect on the third day. “Then Jesus began to tell them that he, the Son of Man, would suffer many terrible things and be rejected by the leaders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. After his death, Jesus was not talked about in writings of those who were not Christians. Up until the first century and the writings about Jesus were imprecise and were not useful. It was not until 40 years after the death of Jesus, when people really started to write about his life and death.
