IT Implementation Plan for ProComm Technology Solutions
My proposed business is in Information Technology Consulting. This business is geared more towards consulting with city, state, federal governments and educational districts. The main purpose of this business is to facilitate a complete I.T. solution to Information Technology departments in major industries in the state of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. My business would start out small with a minimum of 20 to 25 employees.
If the need arises in the future, where it demanded expansion then I would hire more employees. The company name is Professional Communications “ProComm” Technology Solutions. The main functions of this business would be to offer technology and telecommunications products, services, design and implementation to end users and departments in the form of help desk, database design, software programming, network infrastructure, systems administration, computer services, Internet services, mobile and cloud computing services and total Information security (including physical security such as CCTV camera installations).
The IT infrastructure services provided by ProComm Technology Solutions are based on a service-oriented approach to organizing, developing and integrating hardware and software into the information technology infrastructure of organizations. This approach enables data, logic, and infrastructure resources to be organized and accessed by customers between networks in departments and organizations. This service approach helps IT to become an accelerator for business agility and innovation. Benefits that can be achieved from the service-oriented solutions include: * Reduced cost * Reduced time to launch new services * Increased security
