Merchandising: Placing merchandise on the sales floor, per Tutu Heaven’s standards, completes markdowns; maintain clearance area standards and stock accessories. The sales associates much organize and maintain the stockroom.

There are three key behaviors that are necessary for the sales associate position which are communication or interaction with other, customer services, and personal accountability. In order to be successful in this position effective listing and verbal communication is necessary to provide information to the customers. Participating and creating an environment of excellent services is number one in any sale position. Remember that you are there for the customer will assist with your day to day sales. And taking responsibility for completing task that are assigned to you and providing support for the team will achieve success for the company and give the employee a since of pride.
Determine two (2) ways that an HR manager would measure whether prospective employees exhibit the key job performance behaviors. Propose two (2) methods that an HR manager can use to inform employees of the new performance standards.
An HR manager understands that making a good hire depends a lot on having a positive interview experience with the prospective candidate. One way the HR manager would measure if the employee exhibits the key job performance behaviors is to evaluate all like candidates based on similar criteria. This would require the HR manager to have check-list that covers the behaviors that are listed in the announcement along with behaviors that are not listed but has been determined to be common since items the prospective employee should be familiar with. The second way a HR manager would measure the prospective employee is to create scenario’s that rely solely on how (s) he will react in certain situations. This sort of game or challenge will usually allow the employer to see who the candidate really is. The HR manager should pay close attention if the candidate describes every accomplishment as a personal feature, speaks before processing a questions or if the candidate cuts off the other person while they are speaking. These are all negative traits to have and will sometimes happen during the interviewing process; therefore, these indicators should not be overlooked, (Alphonse, Karen). Two methods an HR manager can use to inform employees of new performance standards are mandatory training sessions. Providing employees with information verbally along with a short video for example of how a change in performance standards are to be handled or how they affect your current position is important.
