Introduction

Information security is understood to be the way wherein which information is being secured within the organization. It is a must to check it upon that thing are likely to be understood at its best. It is a must to identify that organization should make it sure that all the confidential information is being protected and is safe from any kind of attack. The information security plan so adopted need to be ideal enough such that the organization does not face any challenge in future period of time. The information means anything in relation with company’s area of functioning and operative capacity.

Information security plan should be idealistic and optimistic so as to make things up to the mark and remarkable. The focus need to be more upon preventing the requisite information regarding company’s functioning from contenders. It can only be made possible with the help of devising a better plan of action. Due to this only, the business practices can be made out at its best. It is a must to check it upon that information security should be given priority and that too with due effect and respect. The situations are likely to be managed with proper pace and potential.
Business Purpose
An organization comes into existence with some or the other motive. It involves either to stand in the market on the first position or also to check it upon that it enjoys productivity and profitability. At the same time, shares a good space in the mind of customers and that too at an exceeding rate. It is a must to check it out that functioning of the organization should match with its business motive. The strategies so adopted should also lead to make things far better and productive as well. It is highly imperative to check it upon that situation is likely to be managed with proper pace. The organization is found out to run a retail store. It is being established in United States of America. It used to sell a variety of products as follows food items, utility products, clothes, utensils, drinks. This shows that the customer’s response is being grabbed by offering them with all the required essentials under one store only (Kovacich, 2003).
Primary Functions
The company carries upon respective functions in order to operate at an easy pace. It is being figured out that the functions stood to be the same only and others are figured out to be unique and peculiar in approach. The basic and fundamental functions of the organization include accounting, finance, marketing, legal functions, functions related to operational and human resource management. All these functions are currently performed by the organization and that too at its best. On the other hand, the retail store also includes functions such as inventory management, face-to-face interface, administration of the bills etc. All these functions are collectively responsible for carrying upon business functions in a far better manner.
Assets
The organization is said to possess an array of assets that are said to be helpful enough in managing business practices with due effect and respect. The organization also ensures that all these assets are collectively liable for checking it out that the business activities are likely to be carried upon in an appropriate way. The assets covers up office building, computer systems, and machinery used to keep food safe and healthy and also to prevent food from spoilage. All the above remarked assets help the organization to make certain that the activities are carried on without any kind of dilemma or complexity.
