At National University offer courses in English Language Programs. We are one of the leading centers in California for English language programs .

The Propose of project to improving standard of ELP program. At National University after complete the highest level of ELP will get Certificated from University but it does not show the actually performance for the student. The ELP certificated from university does not accept from others University and it does not show that students are ready to study in master degree but the international student can extend to Master program without TOEFL scores at National University. It is very important for international student because when you are in master degree it will get trouble for not understanding about study.
Many colleges and universities, especially in the United States, require English as a Second language ( ESL) students to submit a TOEFL score before they can apply to a program. The test evaluates listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. The TOEFL is not for beginner ESL students. It is designed for advanced learners who are ready to prove that they have the ability to live and study in an English environment.

Statement of work : The scope of project, before study in ELP program should push the student take a TOEFL scores instead of placement test if students get the lower scores than standard requirement and classified the student to the proper level. Each month will take a test for the student to pass the level. It might takes about 4-6 months to complete the level. Each level costs about $800. After the last level before passing the student must retake a TOEFL again until get the scores requirement. Then student can extend master degree at National University or can apply to any University in Unites states.
