How Personal Can Ethics Get?

When Valerie first started with the company, the company was going through a major reorganization due to cost cutting. Employee’s kept the company going as a small team, and their role within the organization was dedicated. The company was acting as an agency, delivering designs for bottles and packing and developing the fragrances for their brands. The team had a great bond with a good diversity of new scent ideas.
The person that can answer her question was her colleagues. Larry Waters her boss
didn’t like being question about anything, he just wanted answer.
So they had learned to be efficient and productive by themselves without the

$35,000 per month. She realizes that why Wisson stopped working with other

never around. Valerie didn’t have no experience in the beauty industries and was
willing to learn everything about company.
She was a marketing manager at the international cosmetics and fragrance
company. Therefore, Lionel Waters had been with company for 14years and was
hired by Wisson’s CEO. Several years before, he also worked for big names in the
fragrances industry and compliance one of the most successful female fragrances
in the industry. She didn’t have a green card in the United States, she had have a
special visa. It allows non- U.S. citizens with good working skill to work in this
country for a certain amount of time. That kind of visa as completely dependent on
the “fairness” of the company someone is working for.
It means that Valerie could lose the rigcht work, or even the right to stay in the
United States if she did not have this job any longer. She just been accepted in a
master’s of science program at the University of Chicago and was looking forward
to that. Her tuition could be pay by the company if she got A’s and B’s in her
classes. She should decided to wait for a while before bringing what she know to
light, at least until she close to graduating from program so that she could receive
her degree. It seemed that the highly ethical was for her to do is report this right
away. It would be a sacrifice to herself and her own future.
She felt that she put her own interests before ethics for now, and that was
bothering her deeply. The discovery she found out changed everything. But, she
still had to set up meeting with their long-time perfumers and act as if she knew
nothing about what happen. The decision she had to make would change her life
and Other people’s lives as well. She don’t realizes he breaking company policies
