¼ Jigger Lemon Juice
¼ Jigger Simple Syrup
Egg Yolk
Soda Water

Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker,
except soda water. Shake briskly. Strain into a
highball glass. Fill the soda water. Garnish with slice
of orange and red cherry.

1 Jigger Gin
½ Jigger Lime Juice

1/2 Jigger Brown Crème deCacao
1/2 Cream (Evaporated Milk)

Method:

Pour Ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

1 Jigger Rum
1/2 Jigger Calamansi (lemon) juice
½ Jigger Simple Syrup

Method:

1/4 Jigger Greanadine Syrup
Orange Juice

Method:
Pour Ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Fill the glass with orange juice. Stir/build, then pour ¼ oz. of grenadine syrup allowing it to settle down the bottom to achieve two colored drink. Garnish with slice orange on the rim and parsol (optional).
