Being the CEO of Like Home Medical Care for Children, our ambition is to establish a successful environment for customers, patients, and staff, having a good plan makes it possible for us to do so.

Like Home Medical Care for Children is a Catholic healthcare organization that specifically treats children from birth to eighteen years of age. We are a full-service organization and will treat children for whatever it is they need to be medically treated for. This includes high temperatures, broken bones, flu, colds, etc. We will also do well-child visits. This will include yearly exams and shots.
Like Home Medical Care for Children’s core competencies will be to bestow fundamentals for information, knowledge, expertise, as well as attitudes expected from every children’s healthcare organizations and to provide a framework for ongoing ...view middle of the document...


This organization is focused on going way beyond their call of duties to take care of children of all ages. My individual vision statement is to fulfill the needs of every child, regardless if it is a large or small need, and at the same time, we will give support, understanding, and great customer service to the children as well as our employees. Like Home Medical Care for Children’s obligation, affection, and value is to basically keep up excellence, management, as well as effectiveness within our facility. Some of our obligation, affection, and value declarations are as follows:
• Provide excellent service to all families that use our facility
• Show respect to the families, children, employees, as well as all of the doctors that work for our facility
• Practice the maximum moral standards of care

It is our mission to spread the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to the children and their families. It is also our mission to continually meet the needs of our patients by giving excellent care exhausting the best skills, education, and immediate execution. We will give compassionate care to all children and their families. We feel that patient/doctor relationships are important as well. Like Home Medical Care for Children is committed to being professional, having high standards in terms of taking care of the children that come to our facility.
Like Home Health Care for Children is all about the children and their families. Excellent customer service helps to build trust amongst the doctors, the nurses, and the children and their families. Patient care helps the children to feel safe and to have a better opinion regarding their quality of care. Every facility in the healthcare profession has to offer security, learning, and comprehension for all consumers and their families. Mission statements, vision statements, and core competencies are all of great significance to the facility, and it tells a lot about a particular facility.
