When it comes to integrity, Integrity is applied allover in a work place. Whatever your task is to be done with responsibility, you should obey them terms and condition of the service, you should provide what you are paid for and that’s just what they do. They not only do it for the pay but for the people they are helping every day. The Michigan board of nursing now supports and protects the profession of practical nursing and they also support care givers. When it comes to the requirements, the Michigan Public Health Code and board administrative rules requires every nurse to complete, during the 2-year period prior to the renewal of the license, at least 25 hours of continuing education, with at least one hour in pain and symptom management, in courses or programs approved by the Board. Pursuant to this requirement, the Board of Nursing has promulgated rules to establish specific criteria for the Board’s approval of continuing education courses and programs, also each nurse is required to complete not less than 25 hours of continuing education contact hours that are approved by the Board during the 2 years preceding an application for renewal or relicensure. I feel that I just learned a lot from this and I also feel it could help me in my future as for the things I want to do in the medical field.
