Let us welcome you to the organization and congratulate you for your new position as Accountant Manager. Five Stages of Group Development

This makes the norming stage that much easier. During this phase, the group members will communicate better as they start to see themselves as a group not an individual. The naming process is also an icebreaker for ideas. The group will have to think outside the box to come up with a creative name.
The performing stage is just what it says. Everyone in the group is familiar with each other, a leader is established, and the work is getting completed.
