5. Target population: demographic, age, race, gender, SES, special needs, etc.
6. Location(s) and setting(s) of the project.
7. Relevance of the proposed project to funding intentions.
The information following the abstract would be the table of contents. Just like in a text book, the table of contents acts as a guide to the reader. This section will come together as you write

The specific aim section of the proposal or the needs and problem statement, background and significance or literature review would be the next portion of the proposal to complete. It would also be wise to add the intervention strategies your agency proposes to assist the community with its rising issues.
Defining the target population the agency would assist would be the next ideal step within the grant proposal. The people that are burdened by the issues and the surrounding community and what are the warning signs, prevention and education methods.
The approaches and methods is the section that will explain your intervention methods or the solutions your agency will promote to the target population. This section could require an introduction and summary. This can be a very lengthy section of the grant proposal.
An evaluation plan can show the success and achievements of each function within the agency’s program. The funding source will then be able to determine if your agency is proposing a successful program that is worth their time and funding.
