1. Background

Globalization is simply becoming world-wide or making it world-wide. It exists at a lot of places in different sizes. Globalization is to create a good world economy. This could be done by big multinational companies. The reason why I mention the multinationals is ...view middle of the document...

But people forget the consequences in a negative way. Multinationals who produces their products in countries where the environment standards are really at minimum level. During these actions we contribute to the pollution of the environment. In the worst way we can also create a very negative working place for the manufacturers who are located in those countries. They can demand a lot of their employees against a bad payment or no payment at all. A new kind of slavery can exist without knowing it.

The globalization of trade makes sure that we don’t really know what actually happens to produce something. Of course it is a good thing that the globalization is growing but the problem is that a lot of people disagree with some measures over the world. With that I refer to the sentence that we don’t actually know what happens over the world in order to produce a product.
So should people be pro-globalization or against the globalization?

During meetings and conferences between big parties like the World Trade Organization and the G8, people or bonds are attracted to protest against these people. Later on we will come back to these problems with solutions and compromises. But first let me inform you about what globalization really is and the whole working process of it.

3. Types of Globalization

As I already mentioned, globalization is simply becoming world-wide or making it world-wide. You can divide the term globalization into areas.
The 4 important types are:
- Economical globalization
- Political globalization
- Social globalization
- Culture Globalization
This doesn’t vary a lot from each other because every part supports the other types.
The most important and the most influenced part of globalization is the trade in products and services. So the economical part of it.

3.1 Economical globalization
You can understand that multinationals plays a big part in this section because they have so much influence and power on the world trade.
The economical globalisation strives for free trade of products, services and capitals all over the world. Big multinationals like Microsoft, Coca Cola and Shell have a big influence that counts all over the world. You can notice that these production companies are located in the modern western area. Parts like Europe and North Africa are very important. But what about Asia, they have rise over these last couple of years. China becomes a more and more important country and contributes to a better and bigger globalization.

Multinationals sell their products all over the world. This is much more spread than where they are located. They sell it in almost every country. Because of this countries like Mexico and India are the latest countries who will contribute to a bigger globalization. Multinationals don’t want to leave any gaps open in their market.
