INTRODUCTION
The reason behind choosing the IKEA is because IKEA is one of the world’s most successful retailers. IKEA is a global furniture brand inspired by the egalitarian society of its Swedish heritage and appears to the public to be forever Swedish. It expands its retail stores all over the world including North American, European Middle East and Asian countries but also spreads a kind of its own a highly strong business culture and values with a strong Swedish image to other countries through the establishment of business there.

At present there are more than 300 stores in more than 35 countries. IKEA has almost 1,074 suppliers in 55 countries. The IKEA range consisted of approximately 9,500 products.
IKEA is a Swedish furniture company that works worldwide. It has a highly strong business culture with a strong Swedish image. It has succeeded exceptionally well abroad. The objective of choosing IKEA is to study the impact of Swedish region, history and culture on IKEA’s business culture and its expansion across the globe.
IKEA is the home furnishing specialist. IKEA products are functional and appealing, and enable many people to improve their home life through practical solutions to everyday problems.
IKEA products include mainly home furniture products like decoration, clothes storages, desks, mirrors, tables, TV and media furniture, family products like safety products or books, beds and mattresses, chairs, kitchen cabinets and appliances, bathroom storages, cooking appliances, lightings, tools and fittings, textiles and rugs, various children and baby products and IKEA also provides various food containers, food products and drinks.
