The Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd was established in 1958 initially as a partnership. Then in 1964 it was incorporated as a private limited company. In 1991 it was converted into public limited company. The authorized capital of the company is Tk 1000 million and paid up capital is Tk 496.8 million.
Their main aim is to produce & provide quality and innovative health care relief for people. They view business as a means to the material and social well-being of the investors, employees and the society at large. They follows-up the ten principle of global compact initiated by the UN secretary General.
The company is involved in various business operations. These are manufacturing & marketing of pharmaceuticals finished products, Basic chemicals, Agro vet products & Pesticide products.
