It is absolutely important to understand what personalities and styles each employee has. This means evaluating each employee’s strengths and weakness. There are four different personality types; Thinker, Giver, Organizer, and Adventurer. Each employee can also have different learning styles. For example, an employee could learn from visuals, music, verbal, interpersonal, intrapersonal, bodily or logical. After understanding what each employee can do, you can properly create a good foundation. This will ultimately create good and positive environment for your employee’s to work together.
Strategies
Now that there is a strong foundation, it is time to strengthen your employee’s. This also means strengthening your employee’s weaknesses.
