The Project Presentation: | My employer have giving us each a project with an only one partner. The Topic of the project is morals relationship to expand the company business. My partner and I had to pick our two subject relates to morals. So we each did our part, but I misunderstand what my partner were saying the Topics of each subject. My partner read through my parts and he said the topic of the subject I picked did not go with my Topic. Then I understood the meaning of the whole project theme about it and it turned to be a success. My employer was impressing on the ideas we have came up with. |

The Meaningful Misunderstanding:
In general the misunderstanding, within the business ethics certain critics around countries find responsibility since clearly their misunderstanding of the purpose of business ethics itself. Although such as criticisms are usually tied to a misunderstanding of the nature of business or the nature of ethics (2010, Hoffman W.). Clearly, the meaning of being understood by people is the utmost in the nation that is understanding people, is the best way to be recognized. Conversely, there is always opportunity to understand others and by this means to come closer to having a meaningful relationship with them; or equally, an opportunity to misunderstand them and thereby create an atmosphere of pain, fear, smallness, and confusion which results in feeling misunderstood (2010, Hoffman W.).
The keys role as business employers and employees in such circumstances is to help customers is improve a better understanding, to take time to help them be better understood, and to assistance the customer to gain a better understanding of themselves and of their own situation. Understanding people will add happiness to your life by allowing you to encourage meaningful relationships with the person who works with you and even inhabit your life (2010, Hoffman W.). You will feel appreciated and validated and they in turn will feel appreciated and validated, and appreciation and validation are surefire ways to acquire happiness (2010, Hoffman W.).
