How Organizational Behavior theories predict failure of Management
In order to determine how Organizational Behavior (OB) theories could explain or predict the failure of management the terms for organizational behavior and management must be clearly understood. “Organizational Behavior is a field of study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in the organizations”(Stephen P.
