My presentation is on Ethics.
First of all we should know what is ethics??
Ethics is the inner guiding moral principles, values, and beliefs that people use to analyze or interpret a situation and then decide what is the “right” and or appropriate way to behave. (Contemporary Management, 3rd edition, Jones and Geroge)
Ethics is knowing the difference between the what you have a right to do and what right thing you have to do. It is a general practice throughout the world. It is not just the part of the business world. If follow the certain ethics, we will have better chance of survival. Ethical Dilemma:
A problem or situation that requires a person or organization to choose between alternatives that must be evaluated as right (ethical) or wrong (unethical)

An ethical dilemma, also known as moral dilemma, is a situation wherein moral precepts or ethical obligations conflict in such a way that any possible resolution to the dilemma is morally intolerable. In other words, an ethical dilemma is any situation in which guiding moral principles cannot determine which course of action is right or wrong. 

Ethical training:
if you see recent cases of fraud, scandals and irregularities that has been reported in media, you would think ethics training should impose in such workplaces. We cannot make a syllabus of ethics, cannot start preaching it, or cannot make chart lesson or cannot make a food of it or dissolve in the food and make you eat or may be put it in the cereal. It is something inbuilt. Some people know it, already and some people have to learn it. It is something you learned like how to behave (especially in front of the guests), how to talk. And to keep things in our mind we have to do checks and balances ever now and then. Fr those people give an impression to the company that you are very serious about this matter (guidelines and policies) at the workplace.
To insure that the employees
-Informing employees about their resources.
-learn what is right from wrong.
-understand the legal complexities.
-prevents error in judgment.
- promote a trustworthy working environment.
-helps in quality management.
-promote professionalism
The companies that possess strong business values and ethics have a strong public image.

Same way Ethics in the workplace, business or an organization plays a vital role to shape a comfortable environment for employees. It effects on suppliers, employees, shareholders, and costumers.
Ethics in the workplace:
Ethics create a secure and content work environment.
There are the certain guidelines that we must follow to make sure that everyone feels comfortable.
Ethics in business is essentially the study of what constitutes the right and wrong or the good or bad behavior in the workplace environment.
Large businesses have a written code of ethics to avoid the moral challenges.
Understand and practice the concepts of ethics.
Ethical environment prevents the misconduct among employees.
Practice the training of management and employees in ethics.
Managers should deal with mismanagement, wrongful use of resources, unethical and illegal practices.
No child labor.
To survive in such a competitive and challenging environment, an organization’s supervisors must develop strong ethical standards that can be practiced throughout the company.
