1) Analyze the ethical dilemma faced by Antonio.
In this case study Antonio work in the Empress Luxury Lines and he faced dilemma regarding the ethic in the work place. Kevin Pfeiffer works as a computer technician and his roles to estimated damage due to recent thunderstorm. Antonio requested a computer systems upgrade ever since he assumed his post two years ago. Phil Bailey, who was Kevin Pfeiffer’s supervisor, orders Kevin to reports the estimate of damage. Kevin reports about the $15,000 worth of damage so his supervisor and the chief financial officer both were unhappy with it. Antonio should response this situation(dilemma) by using four different option such as a) Utilitarian approach b) Individualism approach c) ) Moral-rights approach and d) Justice Approach. The best strategies for him to address this situation by using Utilitarian approach and Individualism approach.

If Antonio Melendez use Utilitarian approach than his obligation toward his subordinate Kevin can be considered in two ways. . The common definition of utilitarian approach is “the ethical concept that moral behaviors produce the greatest good for the greatest number. If his consideration greatest number of the people based on express Luxury Line than he has no obligation for his subordinate Kevin .i.e. Utilitarian approach even exists. In this scenario he needs to think people who working for the Express Luxury Line and he just keep his lips tight. It would help to get $500,000 from insurance company which can cover the cost of new computer system. dollars from the insurance company which can be used for the upgrading of new computer system But, if he consider the greatest number of the people based on the industries than he can support Kevin. The reason for that I think fraud claim help to get insurance but it will raise fears in the shipping industries. It will force to pay high insurance for the entire industry.
Second strategy is to use of individual approach for his subordinate Kevin than he can encourage supports him for fight against false claim. . This approach focuses on the individual values like honesty and integrity. The making false claim to get the money from the insurance company is not best interest for either Antonio or Kevin. The fraud claim would help to get half million dollars which can be used for the upgrading computer system. But his types of fraud claim raised the insurance premium for the Express Luxury
3) Assess the pros and cons in each strategy you just described.
If Antonio uses first strategy utilitarian approach it less likely to support Kevin.This approach totally based on the befits for the greatest number of the people. The pro and cons of this utilitarian approach are as under

-Antonio and Kevin out of danger and both can have job security
